One of the best online first-order retail shopping experiences that I have ever had! I ordered during COVID and the week of Mother's Day- the shipping was very very fast, the order & shipping communication were superb, the packaging was quite thoughtful and extremely well done, and the overall customer service was over the top. Now the food- my mother is a 'foodie' and said "the food was delicious and extremely high quality" and she wishes she could eat like that every day! The tea cozy was "too beautiful to use and is for decoration only." I will definitely be coming back to shop here, not only for my mother. This store is supremely the best!

I thought I would never have saltpork agian. But I found it,I only eat on weekends to savor the flavor.I will be ordering more soon thank you.

Great products - nice to be able to order it in the U.S., thank you for that. One thing that could be improved - the order process. My transaction didn't go through the first time for some reason and I didn't even know it. Also I couldn't see the tracking number anywhere - would be nice to have it.

Overall good experience, good products , fast delivery .
All the items came packed well. Several items had expiration date same month as it arrived or even earlier. One box of buckwheat was broken and open . Smoked fish didn't have an expiration date on it , didn’t taste good. Everything else as expected.
