I was so excited to find all the food items I like until I received my order which had perishable items and because of poor packaging and lack of sufficient ice packs.... all the items arrived hot and opened the wax hole package was soaked in oil!!! The two packages of herring were opened and leaked oil not not mention the lack of proper refrigeration!! I had to throw everything out as well as the cheese.
On top of that I was missing an item I ordered and paid for.
I am disappointed with the service and also because I love this food and would have been a repeat customer but not after this horrible experience.

I recently received my first order from this site and I will definitely order again . They emailed me and kept me up to date on the progress of my order . My order arrived nearly packed and complete within 2 days! And that was just with standard shipping (they even included a free calendar ????????Thank you ) The merchandise is of good quality and exactly as described . I wholeheartedly recommend Russian Food USA with no reservations whatsoever.

Great service and communication. Wide variety of products - especially considering these troublesome and challenging covid times. Fast shipping. Accurate packaging. Very satisfied. Made many orders online already, and will continue as long as the stock of my favorite products (such as медовый грильяж Мишка Косолапый :-)) lasts.
