They put a decent number of ice packs to preserve the freshness of food while in transit, and it is shipped fairly fast. Once I had a package of herring that was punctured and leaked out during the shipment process. I emailed the RussianFoodUSA store, and they immediately refunded me for the damaged item. Stress-free and fast.

The products I'm receiving are very good in general. But summer shipment quality was awful. Only two small ice packs were included, insulation was definitely not enough for summer time and the products arrived all warm, some deformed and even spoiled even with 2-day shipment I paid for

service was excellent the only problem I had was there was so much cool things I wanted ,it was the best accidental site I ever found will and have recommended to friends and family
