My very 1st experience with this vendor was outstanding for the careful way in which they individually wrapped each jar of Georgian peppers in bubble wrap 4 jars in all, and then placed a round cardboard core inside the box to prevent any possible shipping breakage. Well worth the extra price. I will trust them in the future when I need more items.

For quite fast delivery and products! Everything is fresh, was wrapped and packaged properly. We were glad be able to get stuff we wanted, but couldn't get from our local store due to quarantine.
The only couple of things I'd appreciate to be done differently:
1. I would appreciate receiving responses to emails sent to you couple of times, inquiring about your shipping/delivery process and time frame.
2. The way you put couple of different items (1/2 lb of one time of candies with another ones) together in the same bag. It was hard to check and verify if I received what I ordered.

Really great place to shop for Russian goods! Foods and other goods are wrapped up and protected from any spillage.

The product is excellent. The delivery was very fast. We enjoyed eating mushroom soup. It reminded us the time we lived in Russia. We will buy more.
